The review into historic child sex abuse at Caldey Island 

by Jan Pickles O.B.E. is published.

 Kevin and the C.I.S. sought assurances (indirectly) from the current abbot Fr Jan Rossey that the review was accepted and he would now adopt all the recommendations. 

 Abbot Fr Jan Rossey replied to the campaign giving the following assurances:

''We are committed to implement the recommendations of the review in full. You have my word that we will do all we can to prevent abuse to happen again on Caldey Island''.
